      Durbin, like Warren, doesn't seem to understand "co-equal" branch of government.

      "Ethics reform?" There's an app for that:

      If you don't like what a Justice did, impeach and convict.

      The Senate has no more business telling SCOTUS how to behave than SCOTUS does telling Durbin where he can wash his car.

      Go away.

      "Supreme Court ethics reform must happen whether the Court participates in the process or not," Durbin said.
