I don't want to count chickens or anything but I think I'm on the mend.

My fever peaked last night, and I woke up a sweaty mess at 3 am, but then at 6 I woke up fine with a normal temperature. I have other lingering symptoms but I really think the worst is behind me. I'll go out for a walk today for sure.

Very happy to hear. But yeah, no, if I can add my two cents, belay the walk for a bit longer, okay?

What Cat’s just wrote. Better to hunker in for another day or two with a good book. Err on the side of caution.

Skip the walk and have a lie down. Rest is your friend for a while yet.

Took my walk yesterday, 4mi in just a tad over an hour, not a bad clip. I hope I don’t regret it.

You have to do what you feel is right, even though fucking everybody advised you not to. So how are you feeling now?

If you can do a 4mph for an hour your lungs are fine. Good news.

Totally back to normal but the positive antigen test persists, 10 days in a row now.

Did 4mi in 59m today though. My bike is out of the shop tomorrow.

Very faintly detected. Hopefully I’ll be negative by the morning.

Tomorrow is day 15. Symptoms mostly resolved on day 3.

I guess my immunosuppressants are working.

Great news. Apparently, you still have protection. I don't really know what exact items the immunosuppressants affect.
