Newsmax and OANN each have Dominion suits too.

    Same judge.

Those could and should bankrupt both groups and I have no problem with that.

I still haven’t seen any reporting re: Fox that shows they actually slandered Dominion. Only that they reported in the President’s claims.

One commentator (Dersh?) said that the judge saying that Fox's statements were false before the trial would be legit grounds for an appeal.

Of course, an appeal would happen after a trial, and presumed loss by Fox.

      They didn't want the trial.

I've been repeatedly told that Fox News is a quality news organization, and that I only think otherwise because I'm a snobby bastard.

Well, fuck me sideways, I was right all along.

Let's hope the Daily Mail lose their current lawsuit as well. It will be a very satisfying twofer. As we all know, that publication lots much of its usefulness at the point when outdoor lavatories became obsolete..

Jonah Goldberg puts the settlement in perspective - asking how many MyPillow ads they'd have to sell to cover the cost.

“The Dominion settlement amounts to 78,750 30-second My Pillow ads. That’s about 27 days of watching Mike Lindell pop out from behind the medicine cabinet to talk about Giza cotton and whatnot. For perspective, the entire run of all 745 episodes of The Simpsons—viewed back-to-back with no commercial interruptions—would take slightly more than 11 days to watch."

                      Aren’t most mainstream pundits Never-Trumpers?

Like, isn’t Tucker just a Never Trumper that plays a Trumper on TV?

Who since co-founded Dispatch Media which seems to be doing quite well.

But it’s just a jocular take on the magnitude of the settlement. It’s not serious, besides, Dominion will own MyPillow soon anyway.
