Second observation...If SCOTUS overturns the use of corporate law record retention to prosecute individuals, what happens to most of the Jan 6th cases? And what does that say about the Justice Department?

Cruz lit her up pretty well, too. He didn't call her a liar, but he said her statements were "demonstrably false".
