The difference is, Jones will never pay the full 965MM as he doesn’t have it.

Those could and should bankrupt both groups and I have no problem with that.

I still haven’t seen any reporting re: Fox that shows they actually slandered Dominion. Only that they reported in the President’s claims.

One commentator (Dersh?) said that the judge saying that Fox's statements were false before the trial would be legit grounds for an appeal.

Of course, an appeal would happen after a trial, and presumed loss by Fox.

They didn't want the trial.

Let's hope the Daily Mail lose their current lawsuit as well. It will be a very satisfying twofer. As we all know, that publication lots much of its usefulness at the point when outdoor lavatories became obsolete..
