We routinely send a thank you email to our clients that were delivered a piano over the last week. In the email we remind them about the free tuning and how to schedule it and we ask if they were happy with the experience to give us a thumbs up on our review page.

One guy from another store has always consistently outperformed everyone else in responses. I mean significantly. I asked him his secret and he sent me a copy of his email. It is absolute trash. Misspellings, poor grammar, he uses a lower case i instead of I. He told me that he does that on purpose so people don’t think that it’s autogenerated or AI. He challenged me to try it this week.

    A 200% increase in replies… So weird….

In my younger years I was known to write teh rather than the. Just to let everybody know it wasn't an AI.

I now routinely spell the as teh. It’s not intentional but it is infuriating.
