Justice may have a prosecutable case. Gonna be a politically bad look, though, with Biden having papers in multiple places...

The difference is that they say Trump was hiding them, whereas Biden acknowledged that he had them and let everyone know right after the mid-term elections.

It's become pretty obvious what is going on.

          1. The Dems and their state media want to run against Trump.
          2. They want a wounded Trump. Not wounded bad enough to keep him from winning the primaries, but enough to keep him from winning the general.

None of these prosecutions will be swift. They will be dragged out over many months and if they peter out too soon, something else will be ginned up.

@Jolly This democrat wants the fat man caged, election consequences be damned.

            Only non-witches get due process.

The orange fatman’s mob name would be, Donnie “The Toddler” Trump.

He just can’t help himself. Good reason not to nominate him.

Donnie, the former A.G. would have been gone from the Department of Justice, not the White House. It's, like, a whole different Department.
