The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

And...The reason the white gal didn't get tossed (and she was one vote shy of being shown the door) is no bullhorn.
Secondly, all three were given a chance to apologize for their behavior and refused. An apology would have probably meant censure (big deal) and then business as usual.
