Seen on my local FB page. Some guy is advertising house duct cleaning:

These same people laugh at you when you try to point out the difference between a good ad and theirs.

If they speak perfect english, you know their fees will be top-end, as compared to people who don't speak good english. Doesn't say much about the work quality though. At least that's what I've noticed about Chinese skilled labor as compared to the American alternatives.
