His next step is not cooperating with extradition requests.

@LuFins-Dad I wonder what “not assist” means in practice.

    Only non-witches get due process.

Never mind. Trump’s turning himself in on Tuesday.

I answered my own question. It means watch as the Feds take him away.

Any argument that “Alejandra” makes is suspect at best.

But yeah, the Constitution is clear on this. What’s not as clear is the legal repercussions on the Governor if he didn’t assist. I do know the political repercussions if he did…

My view, and I imagine DeSantis’ view is shaped by the actual indictment… If Georgia indicts? That’s a different issue, and I believe that it would also be good for the nation to have that trial. This indictment, however? By a DA that is downgrading armed robbery to misdemeanor, but is prosecuting this as a Felony when the case precedent is already clear? As Uncle President Joe would say, come on, man.

Don’t pin all of this on one DA. The NY grand jury went along.

That's another point I have been thinking about. Do you believe it was possible to get an impartial grand jury in NY? I don't.

The following two things are facts

                    1. Soros strategically prioritizes his political donations to get soft-on-crime DAs elected
                    2. Thos DAs get elected, and proceed to be soft on crime

                    Education is extremely important.
