Hey, it's worked in the past.
It should really have said 'Nixon's secret plan to lose the Vietnam war'.
You just know that whatever plan the master strategist Trump has up his tiny little sleeves, it's going to involve him going on about how great he is for hours, possibly supported by some grammatically challenged personal letter to one or more of the key players.
