It’s impossible to say whether it was evil without knowing the oppression bona fides of the homeless person. If that was a privileged white homeless person then that video is a simple document of a purely virtuous act.

If this has happened like it was presented in the tweet, then there are no words. The guy who did this is presumably beyond repair and should spend most of his life in jail.
These days, however, you have to be very careful. I wonder, for instance, if that is really a homeless person. Sure, it could be a person in a sleeping bag, but it could also be something completely different.
