It’s not so much ‘mutilating children for profit’ as ‘mutilating children for ideology’.
Glad to see the suit all the same.

Somebody should go to jail for allowing this.

This is one of a handful of suits like it in the US. This is a drop in the bucket compared to the 1300 cases in Britain, and that’s a drop in the ocean compared to what’s coming.
I can’t and won’t believe that these Doctors are evil, or greedy, or driven by an idealogy. Instead, I believe that many Doctors today blindly trust the information, studies, and recommended course of treatments given them and don’t use enough critical thinking. “Oh, a pair of studies from a trusted psychiatrist shows that trans have a 50% suicide ideation rate. Better follow the proscribed treatment!” And never bother to go deeper to find that the studies were based on the same incredibly tiny cohort. Hundreds of thousands of kids have been sterilized based on survey answers from 15 kids. A little critical reasoning would tell you this cannot possibly represent the truth, or are teen suicide rate would be X times greater than it is now. And you’ll also find that suicide rates have drastically increased since Gender Affirming Care has been greenlit… But there’s a trusted source that explains it away, so we just move on.
The entire medical field is based on trusting others’ work, and I get that, but the trust has gone too far.

Doctors have always been shamen. It's not that we truly believe doctors are so smart, it's more that we care so deeply about our own health, and we recognize our inability to control it. This turns into desperate hope that mystical experts can control it. That's why societies, from small tribes thousands of years ago to today, have always been essential cultists of the technology of medicine. To this day, there is a strong element of shaming of those who question medical science. Who, granted, often deserve to be shamed, but not always.
