It's yuge!
So many flavors.
The beef is probably not the best beef sandwich I've had (C'mon I'm from Chicago where Portillo's, Carms, Little Joe's, and Novi's are.) But it's good enough.
But...add the blue cheese, onion roll, and OMG!
And then, every now and then, you hit that jalapeño!

Aqua, my neighbor is the first American born generation of his Italian family. He makes his mom’s all-day Sunday gravy with meatballs and sausage. It is the finest I have ever had. I think he would have to whack me if I ever got the recipe. Omerta.
