A few minutes with Levin
-
You may not watch the entire monologue, but does Levin have a point? Is anti-Semitism being ignored?

The Dems really shouldn't have anything to do with Farrakhan. Not coming out and condemning him is just political cowardice.
It reminds me a bit of Jeremy Corbyn's complete inability to deal with or really even acknowledge anti-semitism in the British Labour Party.
The media ignoring it is also disgusting.

Haven't heard about Farrakhan for a very long time. Is he still getting any serious airtime or just getting brought up in obscure corners of the Internet?

Are you still fucking boys or have you quit?
Next ridiculous question, please...

The mindlessness of existential risk narratives is rarely so clear as when we witness high status educated American Jews find no issue whatsoever with their tribal affiliation with the left, and somehow that tribe’s coziness with anti-semitism becomes totally negotiable.
-
The way the left frames issues of prejudice / privilege is in terms of "power".
In the current framework - white people have "power" and Jews are relatively "powerful" as well, so less concern about treating them in a prejudicial way.

AKA populism.
While they propagandize against the right, for being populist.

It’s just funny to watch the high status progressive Jews follow along, as principle-free social opportunists would be expected to.
It’s not actually fair to say they consider the anti-semitism of their tribe to be negotiable. That assumes they acknowledge it. They mostly don’t acknowledge it.
At least there’s Prager. And Shapiro.

While they propagandize against the right, for being populist.AOC, for example, is a populist. Clearly, so is Donald Trump. They're both bad news as far as I'm concerned, but neither side has the monopoly on this.
Populism is telling people what they want to hear, not what they need to hear.

Trump certainly used it with the swamp narrative. For the left, populism is their core value. You don’t have to name names. The entirety of the left is populist. There is nothing else underlying their messaging. No system or document, like the right at least has fealty to capitalism and the constitution.
