    Thought I'd start a new thread for recommendations.

    As I mentioned earlier, my Kawai CE200 has worn out - the keybed is noisy as hell, I have sticking and slow-responsive keys.

    But, going back...

    My FIRST digital piano was a Casio Previa 100. When I got the Kawai, I gave D2 the Casio.

    It's worn out as well.

    So, here's the conundrum...

    Is it worth rehabbing the Kawai for her? She uses it on a very occasional basis, and is not a "serious" pianist - and by that I mean she's not demanding and will not wear it out like I did with the Kawai and the Casio.

    Would she be better off just getting a new low-end digital? If so, what?

          Yeah, sort of what I figured. She might take it anyway and eventually replace it with something.
