It's a NAAT. The one I'm most familiar with is this one:
https://www.abbott.com/IDNOW.htmlIf you check Lucira's website, it looks like the test has a bit of low end sensitivity problem when doing a method comparison, which is where you really want it to shine. Better than LFT antigen test, though.
