    BuzzA.jpg

Seen on a blog: I've heard stories that Buzz and Neil Armstrong used to tell each other really unfunny jokes about being on the moon at parties, and when they were greeted with an awkward silence they'd say “Well, I guess you had to be there”.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

How long have these guys been on the moon? Isn't it strange if you're whole live is defined by a few short moments?

Who had their whole life defined by the shortest moments?

          Jack Ruby?

          The Academy Award streaker?

The ski jumper at the beginning of Wide World of Sports?

I think I told this story before, but I was a talk by Buzz Aldrin. One of things I remember was that he said that before they launched to the moon, the crew was talking and they was about 90% sure they would make it to the moon but only about 60% sure that they would make it back!
