      Interesting.

      Agree or not, the right to bear arms has been determined by SCOTUS.

      Now, from a legal perspective, why should one state's laws differ from another?

      There is reciprocity for another right freedom - the permission (not right) to drive a car. Why not this?

      (and while you're at it, do medical licenses)
