That’s not really the point. She won’t be running. It’s more just another data point that Trump’s influence is in decline. At least for now.

I'm OK with her, although I don't agree with everything she has done. I don't think 'party discipline' is healthy. It's allegiance to the wrong entity.

I agree. Strict Party discipline is paramount under a Westminster parliamentary system as in the UK and Canada. Not so, in a republic as in the USA where the Executive branch is almost wholly separate from the Legislative.

I have no problem with her outspoken disdain for Trump, her condemnations for him and his conduct, etc…

Her involvement in the farce that is/was the January 6th committee is something else entirely. Anybody with voluntary involvement with that farce has disqualified themselves from ever getting my support.
