I LOVE me some good hot dogs! Nathan's are the bomb, of course.

However, when it comes to sausage on a bun, I usually have some brats on hand.

Take those 1/4 pound Nathan's, place them in a toasted bakery hotdog bun, slather them with chili and some fresh chopped Vidalia onions.
