I haven't followed this story all that closely, but I have two questions:

1. Who has demonized the LGBTQFSDM community, according to SecTrans (heh "Trans") Buttigieg (heh "Butt")?

2. Has there been a motive established?

Always eye roll worthy when people who identify with an "oppressed" group get self righteous about tragic stuff that happens to other people who identify with that same group, and they start yelling and screaming, confident and secure that nobody will tell them to shut up while they are having their victim-by-association tantrum. Meanwhile, Pete's life is a privilege-fest, and it always has been but for some sads as a teenager, as he came to terms with his attraction to men. As crosses to bear go, that's barely one of them anymore, except maybe for cowards who make it a much bigger deal than it ever needed to be.
