Total Recall - Rewind

The developer calls it “Rewind.” But as I looked at the intro/demo video, to words that popped up in my mind was “total recall.”
Reportedly it’s being developed only for Macs with Apple silicone now (to be fair, it may be the only platform with the necessary horsepower without heating up the room as it operates), but it’s just a matter of time before other platforms catch up.
Imagine if law enforcement (or investigative journalists or hackers or spy agencies) gets this data.
