The rule is pretty clear:
“Arizona law states electioneers and monitors must remain 75-foot (23-meter) from a voting location.”Monitoring the balloting process is essential to ensure transparency, no problem with that as long as those doing the monitoring follow the rules. Citizens monitoring the balloting process out in the open should be encouraged.
Two elements in the report don’t sit well with me: the people who claim to be monitoring are themselves masked — you’re monitoring a process that is supposed to be transparent, why do you feel the need to hide your own identity? Following voters around? Yeah, masked stranger with firearms following anyone around would look like “intimidation” to most rational people.
Unless they’re wearing surgical or N-95 masks to prevent the spread of disease, I’d say show your face and be proud and open about what you’re doing. And stop following people around, that’s just creepy.

BTW, you would have had a cow at church last Monday night. It's a cowboy church and for pastor appreciation, they had a little presentation. All memebers were encouraged to dress western...As in Old West.
