    I added this to my Amazon grocery delivery a couple of weeks ago, and it was tasty enough.

    I'm sure I could have done better if I had been motivated to invest the time and effort...but I wasn't.

    Anyhow, Mrs. George likes things a bit more "crunchy" and "brown." She is, after all, from Cicero, IL.

    But, next time make this heat this up, how can I make it more to her satisfaction?

      Sauté using the marinade as a baste. I would think baking them that long might dry them out.

        Hey George - what do you think of the new Amazon Fresh store near you? I don't see the crowds of cars in the lot like the predecessor store.

          Haven't gone in - really don't see the need to. If I want some groceries from Amazon, bring 'em to my door; I'll be happy to tip.

          If I need something right now, I'll walk a hundred yards to our neighborhood grocer who is usually well-stocked with everything.

          The last time I was in that area is when I had my dashcam installed at Amazon's showroom BestBuy. You're right, it was pretty deserted, unlike the previous store. In fact there was a woman walking around the parking lot with a megaphone and a stack of pamphlets telling everyone how Jesus is their savior.

            "Crunchy" = bread that shit.

            Please love yourself.

              Gonna sous-vide it (using all the marinade they provide) then pan-sear.

              That should make her happy.

              Or at least not as unhappy.
