      I’ve witnessed top management say woke stuff in front of the whole company, which they had no choice but to say. If you have that ambition, you have to either be a true believer, or you have to pretend to be. There is no room for nuance. 10 years ago I would have guessed these people are mostly pretending, but my opinion these days is that people genuinely believe stuff that serves them personally. There is no qualitative difference in the sort of belief that comes from self interest.

      But not everybody is like that. Best of luck to this lady in her future endeavors.

      Education is extremely important.

        Anyone in "top management" who uses the word diversity should be fired immediately.
