        Much of what people are buying is convenience. A very convenient form of music (mp3s/downloads) just happened to be free for much of the 2000s.

        Streaming then eclipsed that in convenience, even though it costs money.

          Seems to suggest that the vinyl fad is dying out. I've not seen that.

                Vinyl appears to be outselling CD's.

                My brother in law owns a music store in Birmingham, UK, and he does a pretty decent business out of vinyl. He reckons in 3-5 years it might die off, but who knows?
