I'm not sure I'm getting this. It seems to talk all around the point it's trying to make.
Are they saying that given two people of the same overweight, the one with his fat distributed in a lesser number of big fat cells is less healthy than the person with his fat distributed in a greater number of small fat cells?
Why is that?
I redd many years ago that you don't lose fat cells once they're on board; you can only lose the fat inside. So "empty" fat cells means you don't have excess fat . . . ? How is that news?
Not getting it.

I think I'm going to wait for the next study that totally contradicts this one before making up my mind.
