Tulsi leaves the Democrats

Probably. But she's a far more persuasive figure than Bernie. It's possible that the nation is, in fact, ready for a new party.
I can always hope anyway.

The Democrats remind me of the British Labour Party in the 1980's, mired in rather stupid ideology. With Labour, it was unilateral nuclear disarmament and nationalization of industry rather than wokeness.
They eventually changed course when they finally realised they couldn't hope to win elections with these policies. This hasn't happened to the Democrats yet, but it will, if the GOP can find somebody half decent to lead them. The Dems also need to find a leader with a pair who is willing to take on the idiot wing rather than appease them.
I don't think a third party will win, any more than it did in 80's Britain, when it looked for a short time that the Liberals and SDP might become the main opposition.

And if she continues appearing on Tucker Carlson’s medicine show she’ll become an irrelevant Sarah Palin wannabe.

Excellent point.

She was a democrat?
Tulsi Gabbard is an American politician, United States Army Reserve officer and political commentator who served as the U.S. representative for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021. Gabbard was the first Hindu member of Congress and also the first Samoan-American voting member of Congress. She was a candidate for the Democratic nomination in the 2020 United States presidential election.

Yes, Hillary says the Russians are positioning her as a 3rd party Manchurian Candidate.
Tulsi was on Tucker tonight, of course
I'm not sure if she has decided to be independent or a republican.
I wouldn't refuse to vote for her, not yet. There is plenty of time to reveal the dark side.

She recently shared what you might call an interesting take on Russia and Ukraine.

Link to videoThe atrocious FEMA video deserved to be lampooned.
The rest was a whole lot of nothing. In fact Gabbard sounded like a 3rd or 4th year undergrad in political science who takes up activist causes at after class Friday beer and natchos.

Ol Jon's been a heckuva homer here lately, basking in the glow of his victory.
Oh well, I guess everybody deserves a little happiness, now and then...

The best part is hearing the lamentation of their women.
