Here's Rebekah Jones (candidate for Congress) threatening to use her stun-gun on Matt Gaetz's "nutsack."

He might deserve it, but to threaten publicly is, well, a problem.

Why is it a problem? Because she's out on bail on a felony charge, and threatening someone with a weapon while under indictment is another felony.
