Foodies: Fennel & Me

I'm eating my life's first fennel bulb. I like it! It adds an interesting touch to my salad. Which is romaine, beef, grape tomatoes, Bermuda onion, and a bit of apple that was hanging around and getting in the way so why not. Dressed in Marzetti Lo Carb Bleu Cheese.
EDIT: Also discovering the tastiness of apple and Bermuda onion in the same mouthful.
