I'm reading a blog on setting up the ideal bedroom environment, and I found this:

"When you need to get up in the middle of the night, avoid turning on any room lights. No matter the time on the clock, your brain will think daytime has arrived. Instead, set up nightlights in the hallways and bathrooms. Consider motion-sensor nightlights that will remain unlit unless you’re actually up and about, as well as nightlights that filter out the most disruptive types of light wavelengths."

Cool! Did you know there was such a thing?

Go here for motion sensor nightlights at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=motion+sensor+night+light&crid=9GWJ96QHUFRM&sprefix=motion+senso+night+light%2Caps%2C129&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

Ayup! I got some of these for the 2nd floor bathroom and for a back hallway on the first floor. Love them. Might get some more for other areas.

So let me ask you: You walk past the light and it turns on, yes? Then how long does it stay on after that?

Right, but I wanted to learn the experience of a tried and true TNCR'er.

              Indeed!
              Cats, I got these:
AUVON Plug-in LED Motion Sensor Night Light, Mini Warm White LED Nightlight with Dusk to Dawn Motion Sensor, Adjustable Brightness for Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Hallway, Stairs (4 Pack)

Yes, they stay lit until 60 seconds after the last motion is detected. If you are using a space, your continued motion keeps them lit. If you are still, and the lights go off, just wave an arm and they will turn on again.

They're so easy. Just plug into an outlet. Done.

We need these. MFR has all these nightlights around that burn watts while no one is around.

Exactly right. I love that they are on only as long as you are using the space.

Plus, after sitting too long in the dark, you can wave an arm to switch them on again. Guess what room that is. 😂
