G2 was in the front yard of their home, and their next door neighbor's yappy little dog ran out of their front door and bit him on his thigh. He was on D4's property. From what D4 says, the neighbor is kind of bitchy...

    But how to proceed?

Let me introduce you to my friend Aqua…

Step 1) she definitely needs to go get the up to date rabies vaccination information from the neighbor. See where that goes.

Agree, and if there was medical care needed, the neighbor should pay.

Awww - poor little guy. Hopefully this doesn't make him too afraid of other pups.

I don’t think it will. When I was four I got bit in the lip by a boxer. Needed several stitches and I still have the scar. Did not make me afraid of dogs.

Glad he’s ok. That’s very dangerous for the dog too.

                    Me, too.

When I was 5 I was bitten on the wrist by a Boston terrier. Ever since then I've hated Boston.

Just kidding. I had a scar well into adulthood. I never had fear of dogs from it, but even today I can't see a Boston terrier without flashing on, "that's the same kind of dog that bit me."

Maybe it's a rite of childhood.

I've taken care of a few serious dog bites - ones that needed to go to surgery for repair.

                      Hated those cases.

I bet. You know the dog will be put down.
