As good as it was that the Bucs won Sunday (exsqueeze me? Did I hear a b00?) you got to spare a thought of sympathy for Dak and also for his team. What a bloody crummy thing to have happen week 1.
From Yahoo Sports: "Prescott will miss several weeks after having surgery on a fractured thumb. That would be brutal if it was the Cowboys' only injury situation, but it's not. Dallas looked bad in a season-opening loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and go forward with Cooper Rush at quarterback and a beat-up supporting cast. Oddsmakers downgraded the Cowboys in a big way. The few who had preseason hope for the Cowboys are jumping ship, and it makes sense.
"Overreaction is the most common currency in NFL analysis, especially after Week 1. Is it possible there's overreaction going on and the Cowboys can survive Prescott's injury? It's hard to see now, but maybe."
Next week it's Bengals vs Cowboys. Be interesting to see how good is backup QB Cooper Rush. More about him here: https://sports.yahoo.com/who-is-cooper-rush-get-to-know-cowboys-replacement-for-injured-dak-prescott-162520231.html
Be nice, Mik.

They had Dalton and let him walk.
Basically, I'm all in favor of the Cowgirls getting stomped this year. Jerry wants Payton so bad, he's willing to give up the compensatory draft picks that it's going to take to get him.
A losing record just gives Jerry more incentive.
