I am tired after a lifetime of zeroing in on what bothers me about those people - that they have normalized their weaknesses and neuroses and turned them into virtues that the rest of us have to display, or else.

I've known several black people who came here from Africa. Every single one of them told me they found most American blacks to be the laziest, most worthless bunch of crazy fools they'd ever seen.
