A UDFA, I signed with the Cincinnati Bengals after college, but I never played in a game for them. They cut me. I did play for several more teams, earning All-Pro honors during my career. Shucks, I even led the league in scoring one year.

When the Rams moved to St. Louis, I was the last Rams player on the Los Angeles roster, but I never played for St. Louis.

And proving that if you knock around the league long enough - hey, I'm the only guy to play in four decades besides George Blanda - I managed to snag a Super Bowl ring.

Because the Saints decided to give rings to those they released during the season.
