I recognize exactly where that probka is on Kutuzovsky. Right in front of the Borodino Panorama & museum commemorating Napoleon’s defeat in 1812.

So? These taxis' radios don't hear each others' traffic? They all converged on the same spot without suspecting anything amiss? Their dispatch didn't explain and order them to disperse?
There's a STORY here? Or is this one of the 10,000 non-stories that

Okay, I thought about it some more. I don't say it's a GREAT story, but it's newsworthy. Kind of funny, even.
I got some bad news today -- nothing that happened to me, but it caused upset, and I took my upset out on the nearest object, namely this story.

Actually it’s hilarious. Especially if you have been in Moscow and tried to get a licensed taxi.
