    He touched a few lives along the way - told some good stories, and had a good heart. It's a bit of a shock that we won't have him here to stir the pot.

      Oh, and then there was all that drama on PianoWorld. What was the name of that piano dealer he was always at war with? There was something with Pramberger pianos, but I forgot the details...

            George - I saw your post on FB so checked to see if I could still log on here. Now that I'm on I see it was Larry. Condolences on his passing. It has been forever since I poked my head in the door and I wasn't connected to him on FB (doubt he was on FB). I do have very fond memories of Larry and Mark & I even had the chance to meet him once IRL when we were visiting some close friends that lived in the neighboring town. We visited the Antique store and got to chat for a bit. Such a great storyteller. RIP Larry

                  @cathys thanks for checking in.

                  Larry was a PITA in many respects. However, you really can't get more genuine even if you disagreed with him.

                  We are all smaller because of his loss.

                        Actually, I'm on there before that, by another handle.

                        I was on Mr. Lamb's board, too.

                        I'm getting old. Or, as one of my friends told me in the hospital hallway this weekend, "We're becoming the people we used to take care of". 😄

                          Just a thought...Over the years, I wonder how many piano buying decisions Larry influenced? Not in person, just the internet stuff.

                          Larry, LB, Rick Clark...Those guys taught me a lot...

                                          I had talked myself into believing that he would beat the cancer. But I guess it was Covid that got him?

                                          It doesn't matter.

                                          I'm really, really, really going to miss him.

                                          Thanks for keeping tabs on him George.
