Jakarta is Sinking

This has been a long problem for Indonesia. They have plans to move the capital to Kalimantan Timur, but who knows if that will really happen.
Jakarta is a mess. I believe it is the largest city in the world without a mass transit system. Not that that would solve the problem with the city sinking, but it just makes it so so difficult to get around.

I think I mentioned this before, but because traffic is so so bad in Jakarta, they pretty much have a minimum number of people required in a vehicle to drive on certain streets in the city during a lot of the morning and a lot of the evening.
Just outside the circle to get in, there are a lot of kids (mainly street kids or very poor kids). People hire them for a very small amount to ride in their car with them so that they meet the minimum occupant requirement. LOL
