      Liposuction always scared me. In the buttocks, and abdomen, it's probably not that big of a hazard, If you hit something vital, it'll become symptomatic, very symptomatic, before it becomes fatal.

      Drop a lung...that's a whole 'nother bucket of bad.

          I don't see any other way. That liposuction trocar can be an...aggressive, instrument. But, there's no way that it should have gone UNDER the rib, causing the pneumothorax.

              Yeah, well so can a well-placed bullet, but that doesn't normally happen during cosmetic surgery.
