For some reason, the theme song from the 60's sitcom "It's About Time" popped into my head. Have no idea what obscure brain cell that came from.

The vast majority of our mind's activity comes from the subconscious. So, who knows, minds are weird.

The guy who does the voice of Bandit in "Bluey" is in an indie rock band—that's actually his day job. They have a song called "Take the Skinheads Bowling" that, for whatever reason, was stuck in my head as I made coffee today.

      Please love yourself.

I get them often. Some of them are repeats. Lately I've had multiple presentations of "Getting To Know You" from The King and I. Go figure.

Annnnd this morning's selection: "Do You Hear the People Sing" from Les Miz. You remember:

Do you hear the people sing?
Singing a song of angry men?
It is the music of a people
Who will not be slaves again!

Nothing like starting the day on fire with rebellion fever.
