    He possibly didn't really mean it.

    Maybe he doesn't know that it went away, or maybe it is a new cancer

    White House spokesman Andrew Bates referred The Post to a tweet from Washington Post columnist Glenn Kessler, who noted that Biden had “non-melanoma skin cancers” removed before he took office.

    It’s unclear why Biden chose to use the present verb tense to describe his experience with cancer.

      His cancer is probably not serious.

      Sort of like his asthma which didn't stop him from being a lifeguard, a football player and disqualified him from military service (unless a national emergency) in the 1960s.
