Seriously, why are we giving emergency use authorizations at this point? Does COVID still warrant emergency measures at this point? Especially for a vaccine that had so many difficulties and delays in getting approved? I do feel this could have had a huge impact in more people getting vaccinated a year ago, but at this point I don’t see the unvaccinated getting vaccinated period. No matter the vaccine type.
No, Novavax and all other potential new vaccines should go through the standard approval process at this point.
