For an exxample..... 36 C..,, it means that using a cloth tape measure and measuring around her entire chest at nipple height, it's 36 inches. Measure the diameter to just the boob, you get neither an A, B, C , D, etc.

That’s an excellent question.

It’s difficult to imagine choosing to be a physically repulsive parody of the opposite sex would make a person happier than they were in a more normal presentation, but then human emotions are not necessarily reasonable.

One thing we can be sure of, the transformation provides a sense of identity. Not necessarily the identity of the gender being transformed to, but definitely the identity of a person who transformed. I can imagine that being appealing in its own way.
