      No, it hasn't been posted.

      I really don't care who someone sleeps with - or for that matter how many.

      But rules is rules. If you have an "intimate relationship" with a subordinate (Hi, Monica!) it becomes a problem. That's why the House has ethics rules. She violated them, and the consequences of that violation are on her.

        The subject of the suit was whether the press had the right to publish nude photos of her. Not report about them, but publish them. Honestly it does strike me as crossing a line.

        Thats more or less how Peter Thiel was able to crush gawker.

          I have to agree with Jon. Not sure how publishing nude photos of someone can be in the public interest.
