Another thing: NYC Emergency Management has a history of doing this—publishing weird PSAs that freak people out. They're taking credit for this and no one anywhere is saying this was due to intelligence gathering or knowledge from the White House.

Well, it appears to primarily be Hal Turner that's getting freaked out.

Dunno. Turner would have been just another voice in the wilderness without the PSA to lend some credence...
