Mickey will come out of the closet?
Mickey will return to the closet?
Mickey will abandon his relationship with Minnie and marry Goofy, or Donald?
I'm so confused.

@George-K you worry too much. Maybe Mickey will simply change its preferred pronoun.

I’m sure their copyright will be renewed by Congress. I mean come on, it’s not like they’ve been taking very public stances on divisive public issues that members of certain political parties might have serious issues with… And even if they did, it’s not like that party is poised to take both houses , right?

Sweet. I too want to live in a country where companies that show fealty to the party in power get rewarded, and punished if they don’t.

I doubt you actually hold a consistent viewpoint that publicly expressed social values should never impact a business' relationship with the government.

I doubt you’re aware of how tediously tribal and predictable you’ve become in the last 5 years.

Your (predictable and tedious) weasel ad homs aside, I doubt you have a consistent viewpoint that a company's publicly expressed social values should not impact their government relationships.

Sweet, a few months ago you were lamenting that so many companies and businesses were engaging in partisan politics, further dividing the country.
And I'm still surprised that you don't see the fundamental difference between punishing a company and choosing not to reward with special considerations. They aren't removing copyright protections they are choosing to not renew protections...
