She's literally more sane than the typical message crafters at CNN or WaPo. But just as terrified of the existential threat of conservatives. You can't get through the first two sentences of a mainstream leftist's worldview without a testification that they're terrified of the other political side. When they talk amongst themselves, you can actually sense the competitive aspect of it - who's more terrified and emotionally fragile when it comes to politics? Those feelings are leftist bona fides.
