    It's a rural county, the local election Commission, all Republicans, refused to certify primary results because they suspect something is wrong with Dominion's voting machines used in the election. No concrete evidence of fraud has been found. It got to New Mexico's Supreme Court and the state Supreme Court had to force the Commission to certify results as required by law.

    Such is the legacy of Trump.
