    Mrs. George and I crossed the Cheddar Curtain this morning for a visit with D2. We had lunch at a restaurant not too far from her.

    I had the "'Sconnie Burger."

    For those who don't know, "sconnie" is a term for someone from Wisconsin. Sort of like "FIB" but it's not perjorative.

    This is not my photo, but it gives you the idea.

    It was obscene. The curds were great, and the burger was big enough that I had to cut in half to eat it without disintigration.

    But I really liked it. Had it with a bottle of Stella...

        @Mik said in "Heart Healthy.":

        I'm way beyond that.

        It was <checks notes: was it ok to say this?> to die for!

          No. No, it’s not OK, FIB.

            The list of restaurants I'd def go back to is short. Most of those are "it's really convenient, and close."

            This burger is not that.

            I just loved it.

            Next time we cross the Cheddar Curtain to see D2, that's where we're having lunch.

            Today's meals consisted of...

            Coffee
            The meal above
            (Cheap) Scotch

            I still feel full.

              Looks like a catheter in that picture, not that there's anything wrong with that.
